That's right Rochester, get ready to meet the RFA. For too long we have kept ourselves hidden in the underground, busting big moves in basements and dimly lit parking garages. Now is the time we meet face to face.

During the warm weather season, the Rochester Footbag Association will be holding public shred sessions at various locations throughout the city of Rochester. These shred sessions will come fully equiped with music, tent signs, footbags for sale, and brochure handouts to help spread footbag awareness. Be on the lookout for an RFA session near you.

Over the years the sport of footbag in Rochester, New York and the surrounding areas has grown both in popularity and in the number of active participants. The Rochester Footbag Association continues to promote footbag through annual events, talent shows, demonstrations, and public practice sessions.
